This residence was designed for a family of 3 people, with modern habits in terms of taking advantage of spaces. Thus, the spaces are open and integrated. Living room communicates directly with kitchen, living room, office and barbecue, forming a single environment.

The adopted architectural approach was São Paulo architecture, minimalist and where the materials are exposed. The structural concrete has no coating, the electrical and hydraulic installations are external.

There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, a toilet, living room integrated with TV, kitchen and office, spread over 2 floors.
