This residential building facade retrofit is located in a prime area of Sao Paulo. It was found that just by the presence of balconies, the price per m2 would value more than the housing monetary correction due to updating and adjustment of new programmatic needs.

However, residents would have to live with the work, and this led us to the concept of dry work performed outside the site and only mounted on the original facade. Thus, the architectural party had to adapt to this pre-established conditions.
